When an unknown player 4-bets you here from UTG, it is probably best to throw the hand away. In this case I call because of history. When I make this call I have already made the decision to felt any top pair hand. I would almost never fold AQ to a standard raise and a caller when I am in position. (btw a reraise preflop is called a 3-bet, UTG last preflop bet is a 4-bet).

@martin: I put him on a fairly wide range including suited connectors and all pairs and even complete trash, because I know he is prone to tilt. I am not saying he will 4-bet these hands every time, but I thought he would bluff 4-bet them sometimes, since my squeeze play could also have been done with many weaker hands. About calling instead of pushing flop, I don't like to let people hang around in huge pots when I have decided I am committed. There are 1160 in the pot and 550 behind, so I don't think he is much more likely to put his last money in if I just call. We both know that if I have anyting at all I am not folding the last 550.

Hero calls a four-bet.This is a clear BBV hand ;)W...

Hero calls a four-bet.

This is a clear BBV hand ;)

What range do you put villian on and what flops would you have pushed?

I mean that push is hard with JJ, QQ, KK and AA having you crushed.

And if you feel you are ahead - why dont you just call the flopbet so he can push the turn?
